个人简介

张利胜,首都师范大学,物理系。2008年于昆明理工大学获得博士学位,博士期间师从张鹏翔教授,主要从事钙钛矿结构纳米薄膜光电材料的制备及其性能研究、基于贵金属纳米阵列材料的表面增强拉曼光谱研究工作。2008至2010年中国科学院半导体研究所博士后,合作导师王占国院士,主要从事纳米光电子材料与器件的研究工作。于2010年到首都师范大学参加工作,主要从事纳米光电子材料与器件,光谱学与光谱分析的研究工作。相关研究成果在AppliedSurfaceScience、Plasmonics、Carbon、ScientificReports等国际学术期刊发表论文20余篇,获得授权国家发明专利6项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项和自然科学基金面上项目1项。
