有机合成方法学 金属催化的C-C,C-X键的生成反应是构筑有机化合物的经典而高效的方法之一,也是目前化学科研工作者研究的热点。利用过渡金属实现各种官能团的相互转变,这符合目前原子经济性和绿色合成思路的社会大环境要求。利用惰性的C-H键实现各种官能团转化在资源日益匮乏的今天,是新世纪有机化学需要实现的社会任务。
