个人简介

个人简介男，1964年生于河南省巩义市。博士，河南农大生命学院教授，博士生导师。2012年国务院特殊津贴获得者，1999年国家“百千万人才工程计划”一、二层次人才和1998年河南省跨世纪学术和技术带头人培养对象。河南省遗传学会理事。先后主持了国家自然科学基金、国家863、国家生物技术育种攻关等科研项目，发表研究论文近50篇，获国家农业部及河南省科技进步奖4项。2003-2010年在美国密西西比州立大学和堪萨斯州立大学从事植物分子细胞遗传学及分子生物学研究。主要科研教学经历： 2010.09-现在河南农业大学生命科学学院教授，从事植物分子细胞遗传学研究。 2008.11-2010.08美国堪萨斯州立大学小麦遗传与基因组资源研究中心，从事小麦亲缘种属抗病基因发掘与利用研究。得到两个抗杆锈新基因Sr51和Sr53和一个小麦条纹花叶病毒抗性基因Wsm3。 2003.07-2008.10美国密西西比州立大学，研究：（1）高粱重要基因及RFLP序列的细胞分子作图。（2）Taxodiumdistichum(水杉)基因组BAC库的创建，鉴定及应用。 2000.11-2003.06上海大学生命科学学院研究员。细胞及分子生物学实验室植物方向负责人，担任《遗传学》、《基因工程原理》、《现代生物技术导论》等课程教学，从事分子标记及辅助选择、品质相关基因及特异启动子克隆与遗传转化研究。 1984.09-2000.10河南省农科院副研究员，河南省植物脱毒研究开发中心主任，从事小麦遗传转化、分子标记及细胞工程育种，以及甘薯、马铃薯、大蒜脱毒快繁及产业化研究。教授课程遗传学，基因工程，生物统计与实验设计。获得主要荣誉及科研成果 1.甘薯脱毒快繁及其产业化应用研究，河南省科技进步三等奖，2003 2.冬小麦单倍体植株半浸根法染色体加倍技术创新，河南省科技进步二等奖，1996 3.大麦抗白粉病基因直接导入小麦的研究，河南省科技进步三等奖，1994 4.冬小麦花药培养技术的研究及应用，农业部科技进步三等奖，1989

研究领域

（1）植物分子细胞遗传学——小麦野生亲缘物种优良基因发掘与利用；（2）RNAi技术及其在植物抗病虫害中的应用。
