个人简介

2007年6月毕业于江苏大学机械工程学院,获机械电子工程博士学位。2007年7月至2009年6月于中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所电子科学技术博士后流动站从事博士后研究。2012年2月至8月,美国宾夕法利亚州立大学材料与工程系访问学者。

研究领域

微纳机电系统及其集成,硅基集成传感器件及其系统,硅基体/表面微机械加工工艺开发及其与CMOS兼容性制造工艺,MEMS/NEMS材料力学行为;2.新型二维材料微纳电子器件(晶体管、谐振器和传感器等)其与CMOS兼容性制造工艺; 3. 增程型串联式混合动力电动汽车VCU软硬件设计及研究。
