肖瀛,博士(食品营养与安全专业),副教授,硕士生导师,现任食品系系主任
主要研究成果
在J FUNCT FOODS, FOOD CHEM TOXCOL, FRONT PHARMACOL, J SCI FOOD AGR 等相关领域重要期刊(SCI源)上发表论文10余篇(第一作者或通讯作者)。主持完成国家自然基金青年项目1项(基于转录组联合代谢组的抗氧化剂原花青素调节钙代谢异常机理的研究,31401504)。
