1.功能化仿细胞膜结构聚合物的设计与合成;2.仿细胞膜结构及贻贝万能粘附表面改性;3.癌症精确诊断及治疗用新型纳米载体材料;4.仿细胞膜结构高性能人工器官研究。 主要从事生物医用高分子材料的合成及应用研究。仿照细胞膜的结构及功能,合成了含磷酰胆碱基团的高分子单体及多种聚合物,研究了含磷酰胆碱两亲共聚物在材料表面的调控组装及其聚集结构;建立了用仿细胞膜结构修饰生物材料表面的一系列方法。
