研究领域

(1) 储能电介质材料:直流高压电容器在特高压、轨道交通、空天探测、脉冲功率等军民高端装备领域有着广泛应用。其中,储能电介质材料作为电容器的核心材料,起着储存、释放电能的关键作用。通过聚合物的分子设计与合成、无机粒子形貌及表面改性,在两相之间构筑不同作用力(范德华力/氢键/共价键),揭示材料间的耦合作用机理及性能演化规律,阐明构效关系,提升电介质击穿、储能性能是关键。目前,聚合物复合电介质的储能理论并不完善,明晰材料极化行为以及能量损耗的来源组成等基本理论,探索均一结构复合电介质的规模化制备工艺,获得冲击工况下具有高击穿场强及高储能密度的实用电介质材料是关键。研究涉及化工、化学、材料、电气等领域,为多学科交叉研究方向。 (2) 高分子压电材料:研究材料在机-电转换过程中的构效关系与机理,揭示材料极化行为、响应机理以及能量转换原理,设计制备可用于智能感知、压力评估等领域的柔性传感器件。小组在该领域进行了多年的研究及应用开发,掌握了具有自主知识产权的材料合成、加工方法、极化工艺、低温金属化等器件应用的整套工艺,批量制备了低成本、高灵敏度的P(VDF-TrFE)基压电传感器,可用于水下声呐、声发射技术及压力传感等领域。 (3) 高性能复合材料:具有先进电功能的高分子复合材料在5G、芯片制造等领域有着广泛用途,小组开展了超低损耗、导热绝缘、低热胀特性的高性能复合材料的工艺、原理及应用,探讨了复合材料在不同储存老化条件下的分子结构、物理性能演变规律以及能量-材料相互作用机理,为其在先进封装材料、胶粘剂、涂层等领域的应用奠定了基础。
