吴盼,男,汉族,中共党员,1984年02月08日生,辽宁省辽阳人。2015年07月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学市政工程专业,获博士学位。2015年07月调入大连民族大学工作。现任大连民族大学环境与资源学院讲师
