个人简介

葛辉，性别男，汉族，政治面貌-中共党员，1982年12月生，辽宁省鞍山市人。2006年6月毕业于大连海洋大学水产养殖专业，获农学学士学位；2009年6月毕业于大连海洋大学水产养殖专业，获农学硕士学位；2013年6月毕业于大连海事大学环境科学专业，获工学博士学位。2013年7月调入大连民族学院工作。现任大连民族大学环境与资源学院讲师职务、8级职称。
