My group is focusing on developing new synthetic methods and technologies for sustainable chemistry. The water/granular
polytetrafluoroethylene technology has been designed by our group, which has made it possible for quantitative and green oxidations, reductions and condensations. Most of the products are drugs and their intermediates.
We Have achieved quantitative preparation of 16-dehydropregnenolone acetate, which is in the only highest yields so far and intermediate for >100 clinical drugs.
