研究领域

基于基因组尺度网络模型构建与模拟设计,结合基因组编辑系统构建与合成生物学调控元件开发,通过先进的代谢工程与合成生物技术,改进微生物利用廉价生物质资源合成生物基化学品、生物医药和生物能源的性能,构建人工合成细胞工厂;系统生物学方法分析和探讨工业菌株遗传调控机制,结合工艺优化,降低产品成本,提高菌株的经济性。
