蛋白质表界面设计与调控:
以蛋白质表界面行为研究为核心,以蛋白质药物开发及其递送过程的关键问题为导向,综合运用分子模拟和实验研究,建立蛋白质表界面设计与调控方法,系统考察蛋白质、溶剂和表面与蛋白质间的微观相互作用,深入考察病毒样颗粒自组装过程,剖析蛋白质吸附过程,解析血栓形成机理,应用于新型病毒样颗粒疫苗开发,蛋白质色谱界面设计,以及新型血栓抑制剂的仿生设计。
