研究领域

(1) 纳米材料或聚合物粒子的制备及应用研究 以乳液聚合、细乳液聚合等为手段,制备聚合物基纳米材料;对无机纳米粒子进行表面改性,制备无机/有机纳米杂化材料,并应用于吸附及磁分离等领域;通过乳液聚合、细乳液聚合、悬浮聚合、分散聚合等手段,制备各种异形结构的聚合物粒子,探索聚合物粒子结构的调控工艺,并开展相关应用研究。 (2) 功能高分子材料 具有特殊功能的涂料、胶黏剂或其他功能高分子材料的制备工艺研究。以聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等为主,开发高性能的木器漆、防腐涂料、印刷油墨树脂、光固化涂料(包括水性光固化涂料),以及压敏胶、室温固化胶、耐高温胶等高性能胶黏剂。 (3) 非均相聚合及水性聚合物体系的研究 以水为介质,开展乳液聚合、悬浮聚合、分散聚合的基础研究,包括聚合的成核机理、动力学规律研究;利用上述聚合方式制备水性聚合物体系,降低聚合物体系的VOC。 (4) 石墨烯对高分子材料的改性 利用石墨烯对聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯及环氧树脂等高分子材料进行改性,制备重防腐涂料、抗静电/导电涂料、导热涂层、透明涂层、石墨烯基吸附材料等功能材料。 (5) 高分子材料的阻燃技术及阻燃剂 开发无卤无重金属的阻燃剂,并应用于对高分子材料的阻燃处理,例如对织物涂层、皮革、泡沫材料、块状聚合物等进行阻燃处理,探索高效、环保的阻燃技术。
