研究领域

研究方向为天然产物微生物合成生物学,主要应用微生物合成生物学技术针对健康相关的天然产物开展研究工作。针对有机食品生产过程中的绿色生物农药和食品添加剂乳酸链球菌素开展系统的研究工作。同时根据乳酸链球菌素具有抑制艰难梭菌和产气荚膜梭菌的特性,开展高产乳酸链球菌素的乳酸乳球菌的高黏附及其他适应肠道益生的改造工作。
