个人简介

程景胜,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划获得者。天津市细胞生物学会理事。1995年西南大学获学士学位,2002年天津师范大学获硕士学位,2006年毕业于天津大学获博士学位,从事细胞培养和细胞信号转导的研究。2006年至今,天津大学工作,主要研究方向是系统生物技术与生物制药工程。2010年在美国麻省理工学院生物信息学与代谢工程实验室做访问学者。 科研项目: (1) 主持国家自然科学基金 5项; (2) 主持国家重点研发计划项目 课题 1项; (3) 主持973计划子课题 2 项; (4) 主持教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划 1项 ; (5) 主持天津市自然科学基金(重点项目)1项; (6) 主持科技部农业科技成果转化项目 1项。 学术成就: 2011年,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划获得者; 2009年,获国家留学基金委资助,作为天津大学青年骨干教师(访问学者)2010.9-2011.10年在美国麻省理工学院化工系 Gregory Stephanopoulos 院士Bioinformatics & Metabolic Engineering实验室进行交流访问一年; 研究工作集中于微生物制药,针对"微生物细胞对环境的适应性及产物合成的高效性”问题,①运用系统生物学方法从蛋白和代谢物水平揭示工业酵母菌接种密度的依赖性和真空环境适应性响应机制,发现高密度接种导致细胞代谢途径间转换的特性;②采用工程策略调节多粘芽孢杆菌胞外氧化还原态势,结合外源还原剂调节显著提高2,3-丁二醇产量和产率。③建立了提高次生代谢物产量的新策略,为新型抗生素合成调节提供理论依据;有助于运用合成生物学和系统代谢工程策略构建robust的工业菌株。④研究辅因子对SMX降解和生物转化的影响, 探究SMX在微生物细胞内的代谢途径,为人工建立以辅因子为基础的混菌体系提供依据。已发表学术论文60余篇,获得授权专利9项,申请专利10项。
