个人简介

Ban Rui is Associate Professor of Biological Engineering and teaches the course Microbiology. He is also Master Advisor in Bio-chemical Engineering, Bio-chemistry and Molecular Biology and Fermentation Engineering. Ban Rui’s research mainly looks at bacterial genetic engineering and microbial fermentation engineering. His academic achievements include genetic engineering and fermentation technique of Bacillus subtilis for chemical production, such as amino acids, vitamins, nucleosides, organic acids, enzymes, polymer materials, etc. Ban Rui received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wuhan University and a Master of Science in Bio-chemistry and Molecular Biology from Nankai University.
