Biography: 1979.9-1986.5 Dalian University of Technology, BSc, MSc 1986.6-1989.7 Research Institute of Heilongjiang Province, Engineer 1989.8-1995.1 Brunel University, UK, PhD 1995.2-Now Tianjin University, Associate Professor, Professor 1996.8 -1996.11 Minnesota University, USA, Visiting scholar 2004.2 -2004.7 Bari University, Italy, Visiting scholar 学术成就: 1. 环己酮氨肟化绿色工艺及催化剂研究。其中催化剂已经在山东省高新区工业化生产八年,产品在多家工业装置上获得成功应用,所有指标均处于国际领先水平。 2. 丙烯直接环氧化制环氧丙烷绿色工艺及催化剂研究。其中催化剂正在进行工业化生产,产品性能远超过进口催化剂的所有指标,处于国际领先水平。 3. 环己酮肟气相重排制己内酰胺绿色工艺及催化剂研究。其中催化剂已经进行了工业化放大,性能达到国际上最高水平,达到了工业化要求。 4. 煤经甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺及催化剂研究。其中催化剂自2020年10月开始工业化生产并在30万吨/年MTO装置上获得成功应用。在转化率和选择性相同的情况下,催化剂寿命明显优于国外进口产品,而且催化剂强度(磨损率<0.3g/h)也优于国外进口产品。 5. 煤经甲醇制丙烯(MTP)工艺及催化剂研究。在转化率和选择性相同的情况下,催化剂寿命明显优于国外进口产品,而且催化剂强度(>120N/cm)也优于国外进口产品。达到了工业化生产要求。 6. 煤经甲醇制汽油(MTG)、芳烃(MTA)工艺及催化剂研究。催化剂性能达到了可以放大的水平。 7. 甲苯烷基化生产对二甲苯工艺及催化剂研究。催化剂性能达到了工业化生产的要求。 8. 变压吸附分离CO用高效吸附剂研究与开发。吸附剂的性能达到/超过国内外同类型的吸附剂,正在四川省进行工业化生产。 9. 分子筛基VOC吸附剂。达到了工业化要求。 10. 天然气转化制合成气(氢)的催化剂研究。该项目获得了国家863计划、中石化项目、美国Sud-chemie公司、天津市基金重点项目、面上项目等资助。达到了可以为固体氧化物燃料电池供燃料的水平。 11. 聚冬氨酸的合成与应用研究。该技术已经在石家庄德赛化工有限公司实现了工业化,产品获得了成功应用。
