研究领域

1. 精馏过程强化与节能技术开发与应用:包括气液传质传热过程强化及设备开发,塔内热耦合技术及系统能量集成方开发,外场或质量强化分离过程等。 2. 化工过程能量供给、利用与余热回收:利用人工智能和机械学习等方法,对可再生能源利用、化工反应及分离和余热回收等技术发展进行归纳总结与预测,构建化工过程从能量供给到利用再到回收的全系统能联网络,实现化工过程能量效率最大化。 3. 反应与精馏过程耦合方法及应用:包括反应辅助精馏分离过程,精馏辅助反应过程,反应精馏基本原理及设计方法等。 4. 油砂、油泥等重质油固分离技术开发与应用:重质油/水/固体颗粒液液固三相界面作用机理及高效低能耗分离方法、药剂和设备开发。 5. 挥发性有机物(VOCs)的资源化处理:利用化工分离基本原理对工业过程所产生的VOCs进行回收和资源化处理,开发相关工艺、药剂及设备。
