个人简介

1984年苏州大学化学系本科毕业留校工作。2000年获日本立教大学大学院理学博士学位(有机合成专业),并于同年10月回苏州大学工作。2001-2007年曾任苏大化学化工学院院长、江苏省有机合成重点实验室主任、江苏省有机化学国家重点学科培育点负责人、国家自然科学基金委员会项目通讯评审专家、江苏省化学化工学会理事、有机化学专业委员会副主任,2007年11月至今任苏州市人事局长、党组书记、市编制委员会办公室主任,苏州市科学技术协会主席、党组书记。2001年以来在包括Nature Commun. (1篇) ;J. Am. Chem. Soc.(包括合作共2篇);Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (1篇);ACS Catal.(3篇); Org. Lett.(包括合作22篇); Chem. Commun.(包括合作11篇); Adv. Syn. Catal.(7篇); J. Org. Chem.(包括合作19); Green Chem.(2篇); Chemistry-A European Journal(5篇); Dyes Pigments(8篇)等国际权威刊物上发表高质量论文300余篇,被他人引用超过7000余次,H因子为50。主持完成国家自然科学基金5项,江苏省自然科学基金2项、国家自然科学基金委国际合作交流项目2项、江苏高校自然科学基础研究重大项目1项。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项,教育部博士点基金(优先发展领域)1项。所指导的论文中,1篇获得全国优秀博士论文提名奖,3篇获得江苏省优秀博士论文,3篇获江苏省优秀硕士论文,7篇获苏州大学优秀博士论文,5篇获苏州大学优秀硕士论文,1篇获江苏省高校本科论文三等奖。获中国发明专利授权9项,2013年获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)奖自然科学奖二等奖(排名第一), 2012年获中国石油和化学工业协会科学技术进步奖二等奖1项(排名第一),江苏省科技进步三等奖1项,苏州市科学技术进步奖二等奖1项。苏州大学周氏科研优异奖1次;苏州大学科研大陆奖1次;苏州大学苏鑫科研奖1次;苏州市科技论文一等奖、二等奖各2次
