有机小分子和高分子新材料的制备及其应用研究(有机合成、超分子化学及能源材料方向)。以合成全新有机功能分子作为研究基础,结合目标产物的特殊物理和化学性质, 制备各种新型有机小分子、高分子和有机/无机杂化功能材料,,对这类材料在生物化学、纳米传感器和有机光电器件等领域的应用作出探索。主要分为三个方向: 1.新型稠环芳香阳离子的合成及其超分子化学研究 拟利用光解脱氢、原子交换和季铵化等方法来 合成数种具有不同骨架结构特征的含杂原子的稠环芳香阳离子化合物,继而针对产物分子的 光学、电学、电化学、液晶和溶液自组装行为等物理和化学性质进行深入研究,理解其结构 与性质之间的关系;此外,还将对这些分子在有机光电器件、离子传导和生物模板材料等方 向的应用进行探索。 2.新型蓝相液晶材料的合成与应用研究 蓝相液晶具有光学各向同性的三维光子晶体结构,可选择性地反射可见或紫外光波长范围内 窄谱带的圆偏振光且不具有双折射性质,即其光学性质不受取向条件的影响。拟设计并合成多种新型液晶 核分子,以期综合利用分子间亲水疏水、偶极-偶极、芳香、离子等非共价相互作用获得具 有较宽温度范围的蓝相液晶材料(≥20℃),并且对其作为液晶显示材料和光子晶体等领域 的应用进行测试,为能够早日实现我国蓝相液晶材料产业化作出贡献。 3.有机液晶/纳米颗粒复合材料的制备及液晶性能研究 拟设计合成多种带有芳香结构单元和离子结构单元的液晶分子,选择合适的功能纳米颗 粒与之复合,利用芳香和离子等非共价键作用力来调控复合材料中各组分的排列堆积,从而 实现对其功能性质的调控,并将进一步对所得到的有机液晶/纳米颗粒复合材料在生物、医 药、有机光电材料等不同领域的应用进行研究和探索。
