研究领域

利用我国特有的植物及微生物资源,紧紧围绕创新药物研发,就天然产物的发现、生物合成和合成生物学等内容开展如下三个方面的研究:(1)基因组导向、天然有机化学、生物合成化学驱动的特殊放线菌、真菌源天然药物先导化合物的发现;(2)植物源、微生物源活性天然产物生物合成途径中新颖的酶催化机制研究;(3)活性植物源、微生物源天然产物的合成生物学研究——合成途径的设计、构建、表达与优化。
