利用现代光谱及分子探针技术,研究建立生物大分子高灵敏度的分析检测方法,为生命科学研究及重大疾病的早期诊断提供分子水平信息。研究领域主要包括:免疫及DNA分析中纳米粒子探针的高灵敏度检测;基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析;基因表达分析;microRNA高灵敏度分析及其生物功能的研究。
