酶工程、生物无机化学（1）基于氨基酸定位突变及溶剂工程的血红素过氧化物酶的催化活性设计；（2）氯过氧化物酶(CPO) 的活性中心结构及其在不对称环氧化、羟基化反应中对底物的手性识别机理；（3）CPO生物反应器的制备及其在手性中间体的合成和环境毒物降解中的应用。
