个人简介

·1992年,安徽师范大学,生物系,获学士学位; ·1995年,中国科学技术大学,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获硕士学位; ·2001年,中国科学技术大学,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获博士学位; ·2001-2004年,国外博士后; ·1995年至今,安徽师范大学生命科学学院,历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授、硕士生导师、博士生导师; ·2007年至今,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、安徽省第五批学术和技术带头人后备人选、安徽省首批学术和技术带头人。

研究领域

·蛋白质功能与进化:异柠檬酸脱氢酶、隐色素/光修复酶蛋白家族等重要酶家族蛋白的结构、功能、调控及其进化机制研究;酶的功能及其代谢途径的基因水平转移关系研究;酶功能与肿瘤发生机制研究。 ·微生物耐药机制研究:聚焦某些重要临床病原微生物,通过组学等技术,进行这些病原微生物的致病性及其耐药机制研究。 ·酶的改造与应用:针对光修复酶、酯酶、葡萄糖异构酶等进行定点突变或定向进化,开发出有应用潜力的酶,进行应用研究。
