研究领域

(1)界面电荷转移动力学 发展具有超快时间分辨的二阶非线性谱学新方法,拓展光谱检测范围,针对光电转换分子器件给-受体界面处的电子激发态行为进行原位测量,在分子与量子态层次上理解无机-有机杂化半导体以及低维材料界面分子的构象与光电性能之间的依赖关系,深入研究介电层-半导体层界面处的电荷注入和电荷传输等基本物理过程,揭示电荷分离与转移的驱动力。此外,发展兼具超快时间分辨与亚微米空间分辨的可视化动态荧光寿命成像技术,结合低温控制手段,探索半导体光电材料的温度依赖相变行为以及缺陷态分布对载流子动力学之间的影响;综合利用瞬态吸收、时间分辨荧光与界面非线性光谱等技术,研究外场对半导体器件晶格结构与性能的调控规律,为提高光电转换效率与光伏材料的使用寿命提供相关机理。 (2)非均相界面反应动力学 面向人工光合作用、有机污染物光降解治理、温和环境条件下电催化合成高附加值化工产品等重要应用领域,发展表面增强与相位敏感的二阶非线性光学新技术,提高非线性谱学探测灵敏度与适用范围,并结合多时域谱学表征手段,研究非均相光催化与电催化过程中的分子机制。主要关注半导体光催化体系中载流子的产生、扩散、捕获、复合以及分子在半导体界面的活化过程,探讨表面等离子体基元纳米催化体系与目标分子间的电子-振动态耦合机制,探究电场调控下电极表面不同动力学步骤之间相互竞争关系,捕获相关界面反应的瞬态物种,确定非均相反应的控速关键步骤。 (3)分子基光敏剂的激发态动力学 针对新型光敏材料制备和性能调控,设计并构筑具有独特光物理特性的有机共轭小分子与超分子光敏剂,利用飞秒-纳秒-微秒瞬态吸收、时间分辨荧光寿命、时间分辨电子自旋共振谱等技术,测量光敏分子或超分子结构中不同光敏单元的激发态寿命,确定分子内和分子间能量转移和转化的通道分支比与微观速率常数,探索分子间能量转移过程与分子构型以及能级结构等之间的内在联系,利用金属配位、超分子拓扑结构、自组装等方法对光敏剂能级范围与势能面进行人工调控,建立完善的激发态动力学过程机制,拓展有机共轭小分子与超分子光敏剂在光子上转换、光动力治疗、生物活体光学探针示踪等领域的实际应用价值。
