个人简介

学习和研究经历: 1993.9-1998.7武汉大学医学院五年制临床医学系学习,获临床医学学士学位; 1998.9-2001.7武汉大学医学院攻读并获神经生理学硕士学位; 2001.7-至今中南民族大学任教,现为教授职称,化学生物学系主任; 2006.9-2009.6武汉大学生命科学院获微生物学博士学位; 2011.6-2014.5在美国德克萨斯州立大学医学院药理学系从事博士后研究工作; 2014.5-2014.8在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学医学院麻醉系从事博士后研究工作。 主持和参与的省部级研究项目: 1、国家自然科学基金应急管理项目,81641186、龙血竭中的Kv1.3阻断剂及其自身免疫调节作用、2017/01-2017/12、10万元、在研、主持。 2、国家自然科学基金面上项目,81373379、中国蜈蚣目物种多样性调查及药用物种转录组学研究、2014/01-2017/12、70万元、在研、主持。 3、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目,2015CFB491、龙血竭治疗自身免疫疾病的机制研究、2015.4~2017.4、3万元、在研、主持。 4、湖北省自然科学基金,BZY12010、利用生物信息二级数据库开发蛋白质结构网络研究平台、2012/11-2014/11、5万元、已结题、参加。 5、广东省科技厅产学研结合项目,010B090400047、嵌入式无线网络在ICU临床信息系统的应用、2010/10-2013/06、30万元、已结题、主持。 6、国家自然科学青年基金项目,30900239、BmαTX14多肽与通道β亚基协同调节钠通道功能的机制研究、2010/01-2012/12、20万元、已结题、主持。 7、国家自然科学青年基金项目,30900265、钾通道KCNQ1孔区外庭的结构特征与功能研究、2010/01-2012/12、20万元、已结题、参加。 8、湖北省自然科学基金,BZZ03001、血竭薄膜衣片的研究、2003/06,已结题、参加。

研究领域

以疾病相关性离子通道蛋白为靶点,综合运用基因工程制药、有机小分子合成、膜片钳电生理实验、免疫组织化学及计算机辅助药物设计等技术,进行生物活性多肽和有机小分子的研发,从分子、细胞和模型动物水平筛选具有潜在药用价值的先导化合物。
