个人简介

1999年9月--2003年7月，合肥工业大学，食品科学与工程专业，学士； 2003年9月--2009年7月，合肥工业大学，产品加工及贮藏工程，博士； 2009年7月至今，合肥工业大学农产品生物化工教育部工程研究中心/食品科学与工程学院工作近年的科研项目（五年内）主持安徽大学现代生物制造协同中心开放课题1项，横向项目2项；参与国家自然科学基金、国家自然科学青年基金、安徽省科技攻关等项目。
