1997年9月——2001年6月:华中农业大学生命科学技术学院微生物专业本科 2001年9月——2004年6月:华中农业大学生命科学技术学院微生物专业硕士 2004年7月至今:合肥工业大学食品科学与工程学院教师 其中:2012年9月——2017年6月,合肥工业大学食品科学与工程学院食品科学专业博士开设课程 《微生物学》、《环境生物工程》 近年的科研项目(五年内) 主持横向课题“丙氨酸在食品领域中的应用研究”;参与安徽省重大科技专项项目“出口型面包屑加工关键技术研究及产业化示范”、“皖南特色林产品保鲜及精深加工关键技术研究与产业化示范”
