个人简介

2005年毕业于山西师范大学生物科学专业,获理学学士,2006-2009年在四川大学生物化学与分子生物学专业攻读硕士并获得硕士学位,2009-2010年在四川大学博士研究生学习,2010年-2012年在美国UniversityofIdaho大学植物分子病理学专业联合培养博士,2013年进入合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院。代表性研究成果 1、番茄泛素连接酶SINA3调控抗病转录因子NAC1介导植物抗病 2、番茄甲基转移酶通过表观遗传方式调控果实大小发育 3、猕猴桃软腐病病原菌的鉴定及致病机制 目前承担科研项目 1、国家自然科学基金青年基金:番茄CUL4-DDB1-SlNAC2介导的植物抗病分子机理(项目编号:31701059) 2、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目:转录因子NAC2作为E3泛素连接酶底物参与植物免疫应答的分子机制(项目编号:1708085MC75)获奖情况 1.2017届本科毕业设计优秀指导教师
