个人简介

段亚君教授是国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者,黄山青年学者。2004年毕业于南开大学生物科学专业,获得学士学位;2009年毕业于南开大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获得博士学位。 近五年发表通讯或共同通讯作者论文20余篇,共同第一作者论文2篇,其中包括:在动脉粥样硬化领域权威期刊之一ATVB发表2篇论文;在经典期刊JournalofBiologicalChemistry(JBC)发表论文6篇;在IntJCancer发表论文1篇、BiochemJ发表论文2篇、BBA-MolBasisDis发表论文1篇、BBA-MolCellBiolLipid发表论文2篇、授权发明专利1项。代表性研究成果 发现巨噬细胞泡沫化调控的新机制,防治动脉粥样硬化的新靶点,发表SCI论文三十余篇。 目前承担科研项目 主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金:巨噬细胞在动脉粥样硬化中的作用和机制研究,2018.1-2020.12,直接经费130万元。 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目:MEK1/2抑制剂协同肝X受体激动剂促进动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定与消退,2016.1-2019.12,直接经费65万元。 另承担国际合作项目子课题、黄山青年学者、合肥工业大学应用科技成果培育计划重点项目、优秀青年人才培育B计划等,经费约200万元。 获奖情况 中国脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会青年委员,多次获得会议论文奖励、博士在读期间获得国家留学基金委建设高水平大学项目资助;2017年获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学二等奖(排名第三)。
