个人简介

韩际宏博士,长江学者特聘教授、973计划首席科学家,合肥工业大学食品与生物工程学院教授、博士生导师,国家自然科学基金会评专家,科技部、卫计委国家重点研发计划评审专家,科技部国际合作项目、国家重大研究计划评审专家,国家科技奖励评审专家,中国生物化学与分子生物学会脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会常务委员。 韩际宏教授1987年毕业于南开大学化学系、理学学士,1989年毕业于南开大学高分子研究所、理学硕士,1995年毕业于美国康奈尔大学医学院(CornellUniversityMedicalCollege)、理学博士。分别于1999年、2004年被康奈尔大学医学院血管生物学中心(VascularCenterofCornellUniversityMedicalCollege)聘为助理教授、副教授。2007年全职回国,2009年入选“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。主要从事重大慢病防治研究,特别是脂质代谢异常所引起的动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、脂肪肝等疾病发生发展过程中的分子生物学机制研究;结合胆固醇和脂代谢研究寻找预防、减少重大慢病发病的新机理和途径。近年来主持973计划、国家自然科学基金等项目十余项。目前已在国际一流刊物上以通讯作者等身份发表八十多篇论文并多次在国际学术大会作报告,总科学影响因子高于350点,被引用次数总计3000次以上,研究成果先后获中华中医药学会科学技术奖一等奖、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果自然科学二等奖、中华医学会科技奖三等奖等。中药大品种丹红注射液药效物质基础、作用机制、质量控制及产业化”中华中医药学会科学技术奖一等奖,2015年,第四完成人 “动脉粥样硬化干预靶点与机制研究”,教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果自然科学二等奖,2017年,第一完成人 “动脉粥样硬化干预靶点与机制研究”,中华医学会科技奖三等奖,2018年,第一完成人 ActaPharmacologicaSinicaOutstandingReviewerAwardin2016 近三年主持科研项目 政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项:Nogo-B表达在胆汁代谢与胆汁淤积中的病生理功能与机制研究,2018.4-2022.3,主持 国家自然科学基金面上项目:Metformin与T0901317联用防治动脉粥样硬化的机理研究,2018.1-2021.12,主持 步长制药集团:龙生蛭胶囊对阿尔兹海默症的作用与机制研究,2018.5-2019.5,主持 步长制药集团:龙生蛭胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用与机制研究,2017.5-2018.5,主持 步长制药集团:脑心通胶囊类阿司匹林作用机制研究,2016.7-2017.10,主持
