个人简介

eng Wang received his B.Sc. degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Hefei University of Technology in 2007. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Science and Technology of China under the mentorship of Prof. Jun Wang in 2012 and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Waterloo with Prof. Juewen Liu from 2012 to 2016. He is currently a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Hefei University of Technology. He was awarded by the “Hundred Talents Program” of Auhui, China (2017) and “Distinguished Young Scientists” of Anhui, China (2018). His current research involves bio/nano interfaces, especially using the liposome as a model cell membrane system. He has published 49 papers, with over 2000 citation

Our research activities are mainly in the areas of lipid and nucleic acid nanotechnology, bioanalytical chemistry, chemical biology, and bioengineering. Our research aim is to develop liposome and nucleic acid-functionalized nanomaterials for biosensor, disease diagnostics and therapy. Our main research interest is in Nano-Bio Interface, especially focused on lipid and nucleic acid chemistries, including: Model cell membranes techniques in membrane biochemistry and biophysics: from liposome to biomimetic supported lipid bilayer Lipid-nanostructure hybrids and their applications in nanotechnology Design of lipid or nucleic acid based nanomaterials as analytical tools for sensing, imaging and diagnostics Chemistries and biologies for DNA Nanotechnology Process for the production of pure lecithin and phospholipids directly usable for physiological purposes
