个人简介

查学强,男,1979年2月生,博士,教授,博士生导师,黄山青年学者。1997年至2001年,毕业于安徽农业大学茶叶与食品科技学院食品科学与工程系,获学士学位;2001年至2007年,毕业于合肥工业大学食品科学与工程学院食品科学与工程系,获博士学位;2010年至2011年,在UniversityofPuertoRico化学系从事博士后研究。近5年,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、InternationalFoundationforScience(Sweden)、教育部科学技术研究重点项目等国内外课题多项,并参与20多项863计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点、企业委托等各级科研课题的研究工作,在MolecularNutrition&FoodResearch、CarbohydratePolymers、FoodChemistry等国内外重要期刊上发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI收录40多篇(JCR一区12篇、TOP期刊4篇),获批国家发明专利7件。开设课程 研究生课程:《生物大分子的结构与功能》; 本科生课程:《生化分离工程》、《植物制药工程》、《细胞工程》等。 在研项目 先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、InternationalFoundationforScience(Sweden)、“春华计划”项目、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、江苏省徐州市双创人才计划、安徽省高等学校优秀人才基金(重点项目)等国内外课题多项,并作为项目组主要成员参与863计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点、企业委托等20多项科研课题的研究工作。 荣誉、奖励及参加学术团体的情况 (1)2013年入选合肥工业大学“黄山青年学者”; (2)国际期刊JournalofNutrition&FoodScience编委,2015-至今;(IF1.94) (3)国际期刊JournalofFoodScienceandNutritionTherapy编委,2014-至今; (4)安徽省食品药品应急管理专家库首批专家,2014-至今; (5)安徽省细胞生物学学会理事,2015-至今; (6)国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金等项目评审专家; (7)FoodHydrocolloids/FoodChemistry/CarbohydratePolymers/CarbohydrateResearch/JournalofMedicinalFoods等20多种国际权威期刊的审稿人; (8)2012年-至今,指导的研究生中已有3人获得研究生国家奖学金。

研究领域

主要从事食品化学与分子营养方面的研究,包括(1)食品成分的活性评价与构效关系;(2)食品成分的活性机理;(3)食品成分的相互作用;(4)食品成分的高效分离理论与方法。
