个人简介
南京大学化学系学士(1996)和硕士(2001)。2001.10-2004.9于日本金泽大学获博士学位。2005.1至2006.8于美国斯坦福大学化学系James P. Collman院士课题组从事博士后研究。2010年起任南京大学教授。
工作经历
围绕肿瘤等重大疾病的早期诊断,瞄准免疫分析、基因检测、细胞监测及其在临床诊断中存在的关键问题,一直致力于MOF/COF纳米探针组装、微弱信号提取与多模态活体成像和治疗等研究。在纳米材料的合成、生物相容性纳米材料的组装、功能纳米材料在癌细胞里的原位检测和高效治疗等基础研究做出了一定的创新工作。研究成果在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,和Chem. Soc. Rev.等国际一流杂志共发表SCI论文202篇(其中IF>5.0刊物132篇),并获得省部级自然科学一等奖3项,被SCI论文他引12000多次,H指数为67,得到同行广泛的评价与应用。
