研究领域
两性间的表型差异主要由差异表达基因(即性别偏爱性基因)引起。性别偏爱性基因中包含大量的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)基因。虽然已经发现一些性别偏爱性lncRNA具有调控性腺发育等重要功能,但是大部分仍然功能未知。本实验室以往的研究证实利用高通量表达数据注释非编码功能元件的可靠性,并揭示性别相关驱动力对动物基因组中非编码序列演化的作用。然而,尽管已发现一些性别偏爱性lncRNA可以调控性别发育,但尚有许多仍然功能未知。
