研究领域

gamma deltaT细胞是独特的T细胞亚群,具有天然免疫细胞的多种特征。前期的工作表明,gamma deltaT细胞在肿瘤免疫应答早期来到肿瘤部位,行使直接对肿瘤的杀伤或局部免疫功能的调节。本研究组主要研究小鼠gamma delta T细胞的发育、分化以及在肿瘤微环境中的调节作用规律,为gamma deltaT细胞参与的疾病提供诊断、干预的理论基础。 研究方向: 雷帕霉素加强gamma deltaT细胞抗肿瘤功能的分子机制 gamma deltaT细胞代谢对其NKG2D的表达调控机制 gamma deltaT细胞与肠道菌群的相互调控机制 gamma deltaT细胞的胸腺发育信号探索 gamma deltaT细胞的昼夜节律及机制探索
