个人简介
2015年,毕业于中国科学技术大学·微尺度物质科学国家实验室,获得材料科学与工程专业博士学位。2015年7月至12月,中国科学技术大学,任助理研究员。2016年至今,暨南大学信息科学技术学院·新能源技术研究院,任副研究员,硕士生导师。主要围绕太阳电池转换效率提升、新结构探索、和产业化技术应用开展研究工作;同时开展新型锑基化合物薄膜太阳电池的创新性研究工作。2018年,负责完成制备认证转换效率为17%的CdTe薄膜太阳电池。近5年来,主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广州市科技计划项目等5项;以第一/通讯作者发表高水平研究成果10余篇;授权国家发明专利5项。
