研究领域
攻读博士学位期间，从事血管生物学相关研究。生物化学与分子生物学专业毕业，熟练掌握常规分子生物学技术。熟悉常规中药药理学研究思路。基于影像学指标，已开展高内涵（HCA）细胞水平药理、毒理评价研究。建立细胞水平高通量药物筛选模型，如血小板凝聚、粘附等评价指标；此外，还开展了心脏灌流，动脉收缩、舒张力检测实验；摸索并建立整体动物评价模型。同时，将研究生期间所学分子生物学与生物化学方法、手段应用到中药药理研究中，从多角度、多层次开展中药药理研究。
