个人简介
食品科技学院食品科学与工程系教师，博士，副教授。2001年毕业于西北农林科技大学园艺学院，获农学硕士学位，主要研究方向为果蔬贮藏保鲜，并于同年留校任教。2001.9-2002.7至华南理工大学食品与轻工学院食品科学与工程专业进修学习。2003年12月起就职于华中农业大学食品科技学院，主要从事食品贮藏保鲜与加工方面的教学与科研工作，并于2009年获得华中农业大学获得食品科学工学博士学位。担任《Current Nutrition & Food Science》，《Journal of Medicinal Plants Research》、《food protection》等杂志稿件评审人。
