现任华中农业大学食品科技学院副院长,国家现代农业产业技术体系岗位科学家,农业部国家蛋品加工技术研发分中心主任,国家一级学会中国畜产品加工研究会蛋品专业委员会主任委员,亚洲蛋品协会主席,中国蛋品科技大会主席,获省级优秀教师称号,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。
