赵思明,女,1963年12月出生,四川自贡人。博士,教授、博导。现任职于华中农业大学食品科技学院。
研究领域
从事谷物食品加工理论、淀粉及蛋白分子结构与功能、食品工程、食品加工数学模型与仿真、粮食和淡水食品及其装备的研发等方面的研究工作
