研究领域

主要从事鱼类逆境发育遗传学研究, 开展2个方面的工作:(1)环境胁迫(生物或非生物胁迫)下鱼类发育与遗传学基础研究, 主要探讨环境因子与基因的调控互作网络在鱼类胚胎造血(造血干/前体细胞)发育以及鱼类行为调节(神经)系统的发育过程中的分子机理,并结合组学探索环境因子致畸效应遗传的表观调控机制;(2)维持鱼类优良性状发育与遗传的环境标准制定等应用学研究,针对环境胁迫下鱼类发育与遗传的优良性状退化等渔业问题,开发相应表观分子标记,制定相应渔业标准,并进行效果评估等。
