研究领域

主要从基因、蛋白和细胞水平探索鱼类免疫系统的防御机制,并将其用于鱼类病害预防药物的研发以及与高等脊椎动物免疫系统的比较研究中。主要科研方向包括:(1)鱼类免疫反应的应用基础研究,从免疫学基础理论研究入手揭示鱼类免疫反应的分子生物学与细胞生物学机理;(2)鱼类主要病害的免疫预防研究,针对经济鱼类主要疫病研发新型高效的疫苗、佐剂以及免疫增强剂;(3)发育与比较免疫学的进化理论研究,结合发育生物学与比较生物学的方法研究脊椎动物免疫系统的个体发育与系统演化
