本课题组研究方向为水溶性纳米材料的可控制备及其在生物分离和生物标记领域的基础与应用研究。 主要研究内容: 1. 水溶性纳米晶的生长机制研究.以金属纳米晶为模型体系,研究纳米晶的水相生长机制,实现纳米晶的绿色合成. 2.纳米晶的表面修饰.利用无机、有机、聚合物、生物分子等对纳米晶进行表面修饰,赋予纳米晶识别功能,实现其与生物分子的特异性相互作用. 3.从磁性复合粒子出发,发展可与自动化技术兼容的核酸和蛋白高效快速分离方法。 4.利用具有磁光功能的水溶性纳米粒子进行免疫标记,发展可用于重大疾病如癌症、爱滋病等的临床免疫学快速检测方法。
