1.乙烷氧氯化制氯乙烯催化剂的研究
我国天然气资源丰富,优质天然气中乙烷的含量达到4%,具有丰富的乙烷来源。以乙烷为原料进行氧氯化制氯乙烯与传统乙烯法相比,具有原料加工低廉,工艺流程短,生产成本低等优点。既可以解决我国乙烯缺口和氯乙烯供需矛盾的问题,又为我国的乙烷综合利用开辟了新的途径,具有广阔的市场前景。
2.乙烷与二氧化碳氧化脱氢制乙烯
该项目的目的是综合利用天然气资源中的烷烃,使其生产具有高附加值的烯烃,既解决了天然气综合利用的问题,又可以生成高附加值的乙烯,解决我国乙烯缺口问题。另一个方面,合理利用二氧化碳从环保角度考虑解决温室效应也具有十分重要的意义。
3.甲烷经二氧化碳重整制合成气积碳规律的研究
甲烷是天然气中重要组分,如何利用甲烷一直是人们研究的热点。甲烷经二氧化碳重整既可生成摩尔比为1的一氧化碳和氢气,又可以为综合利用甲烷和温室效应气体二氧化碳提供可行的工艺路线。
