个人简介

王娟,重庆大学生物医学工程专业博士,讲师。作为主要研究人员参与完成了包括国家自然科学基金、重庆市科委、重庆市教委等项目。近年来,已在《RSCAdvances》、《molecularbiosystems》、《proteinandpeptideletters》、《ProgressinBiochemistryandBiophysic》等国内外重要学术期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,其中被SCI收录10余篇。 科研成果 (1)参研的科研项目 [1]国家自然科学基金(重点)项目(11532004),骨关节系统软组织力学失稳损伤及修复的机制。 [2]国家自然科学基金面上项目(81171508),HPV16型E7抗原CTL表位模拟肽抗HPV感染的实验研究。 [3]国家自然科学基金面上项目(31170747),基于非蛋白氨基酸的小分子抗菌肽设计合成及生物效应研究。 [4]重庆市科委基金项目(CSTC,2010BB5304),基于结构信息的peptaibol抗菌肽全新设计。 [5]重庆市教委基金项目(KJ110804),小分子抗菌肽设计、合成及活性评价。

研究领域

主要从事疾病相关蛋白质靶标与配体识别及相互作用的分子模拟、靶向药物活性评价及机制研究。
