1.制浆造纸用功能超细碳酸钙的制备:对超细碳酸钙表面进行有机-无机修饰,使其表面带有不同的电荷或富集不同种类的离子(如:NH2-、NH4+等基团)。该产品用作造纸填料,不仅能够使纸张白度高,光散射性好;还可以与制浆造纸的纸浆中的物质相互作用,降低反应后的制浆废液中能够带来环境污染的无机物、木素、总碱、总钠等的物质含量,降低制浆废液的BOD5的发生量,减少环境污染。 2.系列紫外屏蔽材料的研究(核壳纳米材料的合成及应用):制备以2-10 nm的SnO2为核的SnO2-TiO2(金红石型)核壳或复合纳米晶体。与市售化妆品添加剂纳米TiO2(P25)相比,具有较好的紫外吸收能力及较低的光催化能力。它在紫外屏蔽材料中有很好的应用前景。 3.空气清洁用纳米复合材料的研究: 利用二氧化钛的特殊性能,首先将其原位复合窄带半导体纳米氧化物,然后进行表面修饰固体超强酸修饰,制备固体超强酸复合纳米二氧化钛,提高二氧化钛的催化氧化室内有害气体效率。 4.农业废弃物秸秆(稻壳)综合利用:以稻壳为原料生产糠醛、乙醇、木质素表面活性剂、纳米二氧化硅。
