功能材料光化学与光物理 1、 利用表面光电压谱技术研究功能材料的光生电荷的转移过程与光电活性的关系 2、 建立Kelvin探针测量系统,相对准确的固体功能材料的功函;对部分纳米材料(TiO2、ZnO、CdS、CdSe等)的功函和它们表面电势进行研究;利用有机染料敏化半导体纳米材料,在光诱导下研究表面和界面电荷转移过程。利用Kelvin技术研究纳米材料的功函和研究外来粒子对半导体纳米材料的表面电势的影响。 3、 利用瞬态表面光伏技术,对一些功能材料的光生电荷性质进行了研究。在系统制备纳米功能材料和光电功能体系活性评价的基础上,重点是利用瞬态光伏方法研究光生电荷转移过程与光电活性的关系。 4、 利用表面光电流方法来研究染料敏化ZnO纳米粒子的光生电荷界面转移过程,并研究O2、H2O、甲醛等吸附质对表面光电流的影响。在能量匹配的情况下,染料受光激发产生的光生电子可以注入到纳米ZnO导带,使其在可见区产生表面光电流。使用宽度为10 mm 左右的ITO梳状电极,在激光光源或由分光系统产生的单色光激发下,对有机染料敏化的纳米ZnO进行表面光电流的测试,通过表面光电流的研究了解纳米ZnO的表面电荷状态和界面电荷转移的信息。
