个人简介

秘晓林,博士,教授,博士生导师,基础医学院副院长,生物科学系主任。中国科学院引进国外杰出人才“百人计划”研究员,辽宁省“攀登学者”。主要研究基因组稳定性的维护与疾病的关系,特别是与肿瘤发生发展和临床治疗的关系,包括肿瘤抑制因子在细胞周期调节、凋亡的功能和作用机制,DNA损伤应答蛋白在细胞中的定位与转录调控,miRNA的功能与调节,肿瘤干细胞分化等。作为通讯作者,在Oncogene,Biomaterials,JournalofCellScience,HumanMolecularGenetics,Nanotoxicology等国际高水平刊物上发表多篇研究论文。

研究领域

1.基因组稳定性维护与肿瘤发生发展和治疗的关系; 2.DNA损伤应答关键蛋白在细胞中的定位与损伤后的转录调控; 3.microRNA调控DNA损伤应答的机制及与肿瘤的关系; 4.DNA损伤应答与干细胞分化。
