个人简介

1992年毕业于华中师范大学化学系,获理学学士学位;1997年毕业于南开大学元素有机化学国家重点实验室农药学专业,获理学博士学位。2002~2014年任华中师范大学化学学院院长。2014~2017年任华中师范大学校长助理。2004~2005年赴美国University of Kentucky药学院做高级访问学者。2012年赴加拿大McMaster University化学与化学生物学系做高级访问学者。现任华中师范大学教授、博士生导师、校学术委员会副主任、智能生物传感技术与健康国际联合研究中心主任、农药与化学生物学教育部重点实验室主任。

研究领域

长期从事绿色农药及药物分子设计研究,建立了基于活性小分子与作用靶标相互作用研究的生物合理设计创新研究体系,发展了药效团链接碎片虚拟筛选、计算突变扫描等分子设计新方法,成功创制出喹草酮、吡唑喹草酯、氟苯醚酰胺和醚唑磺胺酯等多个农药候选新品种以及抗肿瘤活性候选化合物。
